The staff showed real kindness (i especially remember mr singh at the bar). breakfast tasted so fresh with diverse options. the location worked well. Getting taxis was simple. the front desk and housekeeping were especially professional.

the air conditioning was not strong enough. i needed assistance daily.

the breakfast was fantastic! i really enjoyed the wide selection of continental, north indian, and south indian options. the staff was friendly from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was very kind (especially the person who showed me where the best chai was!). i got a room upgrade and it was spacious and comfy.

the food options felt limited and expensive, i probably could have found better deals outside. the ac wasn't super effective, i had to call for help. the mattress felt old, almost like two single beds pushed together, so i didn't sleep great.
